Throughout its 77-year history, Pakistan has never had good intentions towards Afghanistan. After the martyrdom of Dawood Khan, Pakistan found an opportunity to intervene in Afghanistan’s affairs. During the Soviet Union’s occupation of Afghanistan, Pakistan managed to develop its own nuclear bomb.
However, due to the wars, our country was utterly devastated. During the U.S. invasion and occupation of Afghanistan, Pakistan received billions of dollars. Since the Taliban took power in Afghanistan, Pakistan has consistently sought various excuses to interfere.
They sometimes raise the issue of TTP, sometimes claim to represent us on the international stage, and at times even launch rocket attacks on our soil. Now, they are resorting to bombing our territory as well. ISIS (Khawarij) is a group that serves the interests of the United States and its allies worldwide.
It is not only Pakistan’s intelligence that has close ties with ISIS; intelligence agencies from countries such as America, Britain, Israel, and numerous others also maintain a close relationship and cooperation with ISIS. This group solely protects the interests of the United States, while the United States utilizes this proxy group to harm its enemies.
Approximately two months ago, a senior member of Pakistan’s intelligence agency, ISI, travelled to Tajikistan through the mediation of Ahmad Zia Masood. There, he met with Ahmad Masood and Amrullah Saleh.
During this meeting, they reached an agreement that the malevolent and corrupt group would establish their centers in the northern provinces and provide accommodation to ISIS fighters in these centers.
By doing so, if the ISIS carries out any form of destructive operations, they can conveniently find refuge within these centers associated with malevolence and corruption; in this way they can shield themselves from air attacks, turning these centers into safe havens for them. Additionally, they agreed to construct shelters in elevated locations or within cities in the northern provinces throughout the year.
The coordinates of these shelters will be shared among them, enabling them to collaborate with foreign entities while avoiding conducting operations in close proximity to these shelters.
This agreement was arranged between a high-ranking ISI official, Amrullah Saleh, Ahmad Masood, and Ahmad Zia Masood, while other members of the malevolent and corrupt group remain unaware of it.
General Shaheen, one of the members of this malevolent and corrupt group, disapproves of having ISIS fighters present in their centers or benefiting from their support.
General Shaheen has emphasized the need for a clear war strategy, stating that he must be informed about all matters and rejects hidden agendas. Furthermore, General Shahin conveyed to the malevolent and corrupt group that certain individuals in specific areas are being supported, with Amrullah Saleh arbitrarily providing them with weapons and ammunition.
These individuals are not prepared to be held accountable again. Among the concerns raised within the malevolent and corrupt group is whether they should offer shelter to ISIS fighters in their alleged centers.
On the other hand, they have reached an agreement with Pakistan’s intelligence agency on this matter, but their own members are also discontented with them.
Throughout this year, Pakistan will make significant efforts to transfer ISIS fighters across the supposed Durand Line. During the previous winter, Pakistan trained hundreds of ISIS fighters and is now attempting to transfer them to Afghanistan this spring.
ISIS will endeavour to launch both major and minor attacks in all provinces of the country, establishing their presence nationwide. However, General Shaheen, a member of the malevolent and corrupt group, opposes the inclusion of ISIS within their ranks and disapproves of their leaders holding clandestine meetings with intelligence agencies.
On the other hand, Amrullah Saleh, Ahmad Massoud, and some other members of the malevolent and corrupt group are striving to escalate activities under the guise of ISIS in Pashtun areas, while the malevolent and corrupt group’s activities are expanding in regions inhabited by Tajiks, Uzbeks, and other ethnic groups.
Afghanistan’s security and defense agencies must remain vigilant and pre-emptively thwart the corruption and ISIS attacks; otherwise, the existing security will also be dismantled.
